My name is Sheryl Plocharczyk, and my work is centered on healing, integration, and supporting those who are moving through spiritual awakening.

My journey began over 25 years ago while I was raising my family within Evangelical Christianity. In September of 2000, my life shifted dramatically during a two-year period of intense spiritual experiencing. During that time, I lived with a profound sense of Presence, accompanied by visions and insights that deeply altered my understanding of reality.

When that period came to a close, I was left with a clear sense that a deeper understanding was needed. Over the following decade, a wide range of teachings, teachers, and traditions. was explored. While understanding expanded, I had not yet encountered the deeper healing work that would allow integration of what had been experienced. Without that foundation, I struggled significantly.

Eventually, an opportunity for a close student-teacher relationship with a Living Enlightened Master and spent time studying disciplines focused on Jewish mysticism, or Zohar. While this period was formative, I came to recognize that something essential was still missing—an understanding of the ego and true inner healing.

This realization led me into several years of focused exploration and healing. I studied extensively, engaged deeply in Shadow Work, and engageng multiple healing modalities in search of a more complete path toward integration. Through this process, I came to understand the ego in a different way—not as something to eliminate, but as something to bring into proper relationship and alignment.

It was during this time that I discovered the transformative potential of Breathwork. Among the many modalities explored, Breathwork stood apart in its ability to access and release deeply held emotional, psychological, and energetic patterns in a direct and embodied way.

Today, my work is devoted to helping others navigate the awakening process with greater clarity, grounding, and support. Spiritual awakening can feel like being called out of familiar identities, beliefs, and patterns of selfhood, and without the proper tools or understanding, the process can become disorienting and painful. My intention is to offer guidance that emphasizes healing, integration, and embodiment, allowing awakening to unfold with greater stability, wisdom, and without unnecessary suffering.

At its core, this work is about becoming more deeply aligned with what is real—living authentically through awareness, healing, and the willingness to meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.
